Water quality, handled

Simply perfect water.
Every time.

Below the surface, your spa water is telling a story you cannot see. E.W.A. reads it in real time, pH, sanitizer and temperature, and tells you in plain words exactly what to add.

1m · the problem

Test strips lie.
Guesswork costs you.

A paper strip gives a rough colour and a shrug. By the time the water looks wrong, it has been wrong for a while, and you are dosing chemicals into a spa you cannot actually read.

POOL & SPA TEST Cl TA pH 6.2 6.8 7.2 7.8 8.4 7.2? 7.8?

The same orange reads as 7.2 to one person and 7.8 to another. E.W.A. reads it the same way, every ten minutes.

Cloudy water
It looked fine yesterday. Today it is cloudy and nobody wants to get in.
Red eyes, itchy skin
We soaked for twenty minutes and everyone came out with stinging eyes.
Chemical guesswork
I dip a strip, squint at the colours, and add something. Mostly I am guessing.

2m · try it yourself

Break your water.
E.W.A. tells you the fix.

Drag pH and sanitizer out of range and the water turns, cloudy, green, unsafe. This is exactly what E.W.A. sees. Then let it tell you what to add.

E.W.A. says

Water is perfectly balanced. Nothing to do.

Skip maintenance for two weeks and watch the water turn.

Add what E.W.A. recommends and the water clears.

144 readings a day means E.W.A. catches this on hour one, not when it is already green.

how it works

Fit it once.
Forget the strips.

  1. 01

    Fit the inline sensor

It goes inline on the plumbing you already have. No adapters, no tricky steps. Most owners fit it in under an hour.

  2. 02

    It reads your water

Every ten minutes E.W.A. measures pH, sanitizer and temperature and sends it up over WiFi. That is 144 readings a day.

  3. 03

Your phone says what to add

Open the app for a clear reading, trends across day, week and month, and plain alerts like add one dose of pH-up.

3m · water balance 101

The zone E.W.A.
holds you to.

pH 7.2 to 7.6 Comfort for skin and eyes, and the only range where your sanitizer actually works.
Sanitizer (ORP) 650 to 750 mV How strongly the water kills bacteria. A strip can read some chlorine while ORP is dangerously low.
Temperature Steady Stable temperature is efficient and safe. Sudden drift points to a heater or flow problem.

Watch it live: the moment a value drifts out of its zone, E.W.A. tells you the fix.

pH 7.4

E.W.A.: Add 10 g of pH-minus

Sanitizer 726 mV

E.W.A.: Shock it, add 20 g of chlorine

Temperature 37.5 °C

No alarm here. The value tells the story, a sudden drift points to the heater.

the app

Reads like a person,
not a chemistry set.

Open the app and the water speaks plainly. One glance for the live reading, trends across day, week and month, and an alert the moment something needs you.

Plain alerts
Too acidic? It says so, and tells you to add one dose of pH-up.

Does E.W.A. add chemicals for me?
No. E.W.A. measures your water and tells you exactly what to add and how much. You stay in control, without the guesswork of strips.
What is ORP, and why not just chlorine?
ORP, oxidation reduction potential, measures how strongly your water can kill bacteria. It is a more honest read than a strip, which can show some chlorine while the water is not actually safe.
Which spas and pools does it fit?
Every one. E.W.A. reads the water directly, so it works with all spa brands and every pool. Balboa BP and Gecko in.YE/YT packs (V2 and V3) get deeper integration, everything else runs the 220V standalone version.
Is it hard to install?
No. The sensor fits inline on your existing plumbing with no adapters. Most owners have it running in under an hour.
Do I need Spapilot?
No. E.W.A. works on its own. Pair it with Spapilot if you also want price-aware heating, for clean water and lower running cost together.
What is the warranty?
Two years on the unit. The probe is a wear part that lasts 2 to 4 years before a simple, inexpensive replacement. Calibrate it once a year, and keep the water balanced, well kept water makes the probe last longer.
