Privacy
Your data, in plain words.
We keep this short and honest. Here is what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who is responsible
Easy Water Analysis is a site run by Zavepower Innovative Technology AB (publ), company number 559354-0858, registered in Sweden. Zavepower is the data controller for the personal data described here. To reach us about privacy, email contact@zavepower.com.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you and to run the site.
- When you contact us or request information: your name, email address and whatever you write in the message.
- When you order: the details needed to fulfil and invoice your order, handled through our payment and logistics providers.
- When you use the site: basic technical data such as your IP address and browser, in server logs, to keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Why we are allowed to
We handle your data to reply to you and to deliver what you asked for (to perform or prepare a contract), and to keep the site secure and to meet our legal duties, such as accounting (our legitimate interest and legal obligations under the GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to help you, then remove it. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Server logs are kept for a short period and then rotated out.
Who else sees it
Only the providers we need to run the service, such as our email, hosting, payment and delivery partners. They act on our instructions and are bound to protect your data. Where data leaves the EU, we rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires.
Cookies
This site uses only what it needs to function. We do not set marketing or advertising cookies. If that ever changes, we will ask first.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, or to receive a copy. Email contact@zavepower.com and we will handle it. If you are unhappy with how we respond, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. This is the current version.
